Commodity Market Conditions
Trading hours
Most FX pair trading hours are 24 hours per day during the week, with a two minute break from 23:59 server time until 00:01 server time; on Friday trading ceases five minutes early at 23:55 server time, rather than 23:59, to prevent wide spreads as liquidity providers go offline at the end of the week. Trading hours are subject to change due to seasonal and market factors.
Server time is set to GMT +3 while US daylight savings is in place, and GMT+2 when the US is not under daylight savings; this allows for the daily candle to close at the end of trading in New York each day. The New York close is widely considered the end of the trading day.

Spread
Spreads are always floating. Because of this, the spreads in the above table are averages based on the previous trading day. For live spreads, please refer to the trading platform.
Swaps
Swap is the interest that is applied to all metals trading positions that are left open overnight. It is credited to or withdrawn from your trading account at 22:00 GMT+0 each day excluding the weekend until the position is closed.
Triple swaps are charged on Wednesdays to cover costs incurred over the weekend.
Fixed margin requirements
Margin requirements always remain fixed, regardless of the leverage you use.
Dynamic margin requirements
Margin requirements are tied to the rate of leverage you use. Changing your leverage Will not affect the margin requirement for XAU (gold) and XAG (silver) since these instruments are utilising a fixed margin.
Just as spreads change depending on conditions, the leverage available to you can also vary.
