General procedures for depositing and withdrawing funds
1. XeOne strictly prohibits third-party payments into its trading accounts. Only deposits from bank accounts that match the account holder's details are accepted. Deposits from joint bank accounts are also permissible, provided the account holder is one of the beneficiaries. Always adhere to KYC norms of XeOne.
2. The methods for deposit and withdrawal may defer based on your residential country and jurisdiction. To view the available payment options, please check your client profile.
3. The processing time varies depending on the method chosen and the processing duration of the bank. While some may be processed instantly, others may take a bit longer.
4. XeOne covers the fees for Local Online Banking and Local Deposit for client(s)' deposit/withdrawal transactions. However, transfer fees imposed by banks for Crypto Wallet are not covered by XeOne.
5. If you made a deposit using a Crypto Wallet, any withdrawals up to the deposited amount must be returned to that same Crypto Wallet. Once the deposit amount is exceeded, you may choose another withdrawal method.
